  1. This is amazing to finally see the wrapper from the “Powerhouse” candy bar I use to eat every day. My sister and
    I would go to the Snack Shack in Bonaparte, Iowa after school and buy a coca cola, chips and a candy bar in the late 40’s and 50’s. I always choose the Powerhouse because of the soft center It was one of the best times of my life.

  2. My great uncle worked for Walter Johnson in the 1950s in Chicago. He had a small trailer he towed behind his car–painted like a Powerhouse candy bar! What I’d give for a photo of that!
